Your skip may have been removed for a number of reasons including completion of your hire period, non-payment, or due to access or permit issues. Please contact us if you need clarification.

We ensure your waste is disposed of responsibly at certified recycling centres, where a large proportion of the materials are recycled according to environmental guidelines.

Mattresses are not allowed in standard skips due to special disposal requirements. Contact us for assistance with mattress disposal options.

For safety and legal reasons, do not fill your skip above the rim. Overfilled skips may result in additional charges or delays in transportation.

Plasterboard must be disposed of separately due to environmental regulations. Please contact us for guidance on how to dispose of it properly.

You don’t need to be at the site during delivery or collection as long as there are clear instructions and sufficient access to the location for our drivers.

To maximize space, place heavier items at the bottom and lighter items on top. This will help you fill the skip more efficiently and keep it balanced.

If you have any special requests such as specific delivery or collection times, or access requirements, please mention these when placing your order so we can accommodate them where possible.

If you need to change the delivery date, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.
